Easy to wear from behind the neck, cable is good with flexible system ( which doesnot twist ), good bass and sound quality for the price. i purchased these headphones to hear songs from my ipod in my office.

Philips SHS5200 Reflective Neckband Headphones
I am a medical transcriptionist. We all require comfortable headphones for daily workday wear and these are pliable, fit just close enough without pinching or causing headaches. I forget I have them on!! We also must have very clear, detailed sound so we can quickly recognize the difference between sounds to get things like medications and dosages EXACT; these headphones are perfect, playing even the finest details in the softest, unintelligible words!! Designer looks and practical too!

I have owned these for about two months and I really like them. When purchasing, I was scared about some of the bad reviews I read here, but I am glad I made this choice.
I use them for running (mainly outside) and I am glad they don't block 100% of the outside noisy. When running I should be aware, at least a little, of what's going on around me. If you are looking for noise-reduction headphones...exactly, that's what you should buy.

-comfortable fit, man's head
-rugged and sturdy build with reinforced cord
-great sound, highs and lows
-allows minimal outside noise for safety
My only complaints are:
-the super long cord, 59"
-the stitching point of the reflective band points downward which digs into my neck, they should have stitched it pointing upwards so the smooth part rests on the neck.
