The only problem I had with this product is that the smaller wooden rod doesn't screw down all the way to the base. But this could be just a defect on one product piece. I am still able to use the towel holder just fine. So I do recommend this product.

This is a great product for the price you pay. The holdder doesn't slide on your dinning table; can hold up bigger roll of papper too. I am happy buying it and would recommend others too.
