Nothing was worse than mopping the floor with dirty water. With the Swiffer WetJet the dirty water is gone. Wish this little mop had been invented 20 years ago.

Would have been a 5, but the company never responded to my problem. The package was a present which was delivered partially opened. It was missing some pads and they were never replaced.
