I have been drinking Rice n Shine for over a year. I love, love, love it. I have tried all the flavors. I mix mine with Soy Milk in a shaker and it mixes quite easily. This is what I have for breakfast every morning and it holds me thru lunch......I do also take other products, like Sea Vegg that this same company offers. It is a bit pricey, but to me, its quite worth it.

I got this because three family members were drinking and I loved all the "benefits" it claimed. Maybe even a little weight loss? I was sold!
I drank it daily Mon-Fri as the package says, taking weekends off. I mixed it with plain Rice Milk as the infomercial and I think bag says is on option. (water, rice, soy or dairy milk) I ate NOTHING else for breakfast and lunch a couple hours later.

The delivery of this product was the fastest I have ever received. I love this stuff it tastes great and is filling. I have tons of energy and I am a 50 year old grandmother, so I need it.

I have used Rice 'n Shine before and have been happy with the results. I'm an avid healthy eater and this product fits the bill. Low in Calories, Fat, and Carbs, yet high in Protein for the serving size. It keeps you feeling full and I have noticed that I have been around sick people all winter and have yet to get sick.
The only downfall is the company I purchased from this last time (I always go with the cheapest price on this kind of stuff) didn't fill my order correctly and it took me to call them to get them to send out the rest of the order.
