The only surprise was the size of the head. About half the size of a regular or original size that came with it. Quality was fine and business fast and efficient.

Sonicare Electric toothbrush replacement heads are original ones from Sonicare and real good. Amazon shipped it very promptly and I received them in less than a week from the date of my order.
