This combination of features is a great idea, and it works perfectly! I bought this card for my new Canon Powershot SD1100IS, and it fits perfectly in the camera. From the photo, I was worried that the unfolding part would get in the way when plugging it into a laptop, but it actually folds all the way out so that it only sticks out of the computer horizontally, not hitting the table or anything. I do wish it slid into my USB slot a little easier-- I have a MacBook and I haven't tried it in any other computers yet, but it takes a little more forcing than I would like to slide it all the way in. ... Whoever made this card is awesome. No need to bring cables or portable card readers or nothing, just pop it out of your camera and put it in the USB port. This is a very elegant solution.

I had a 2GB card before similar to this one, so Iwent for an upgrade. the ability to use it as a USB card makes it very easy to download picture to any computer without the need for a card reader. hilghly recommended.

What a great idea. An SD card that can plug right into a USB port! It works as an SD card and then plugs into a USB port and shows up as a card. It works, is easy to use, and cuts down on the number of cords and other junk I need to carry with me so I am a HUGE fan! I use this in a Canon P&S digital camera.
