Contrasting matte and gloss textures add another layer of interest. Tones range from pale ochre to rich brown to hints of purple and blue. Due to the nature of this product each piece varies in color, there are also minor surface irregularities.

This product is pretty sturdy and very pretty. Only thing is when you cut stuff on it, or scrape the fork, it makes a weird sound, but you kinda get used to that. Also, I had a slight issue with the shipping and was supposed to get a little something back, but still haven't. Great product though!

I have had the Sango Splash dishes for over 2 years and absolutely love them. They have a very beautiful earthy look. I've been adding all the extra pieces to go along with the set and have been very pleased. My favorite is oil server with the six little plates. It sits on my counter and looks adorable. As far as damage I've had one chip in a bowl..and, my lasagna dish cracked in two pieces..so it must have been faulty. Since I use these every day I don't think that's too bad. Also, with it being pottery it does get hot in the microwave. Will keep adding to my set and would recommend it ... Read More

The product is great. But when I received it it was all broken except for 5 pieces. I called and you were suppose to send me a new set but I have yet to receive it. Not sure what is going on.

When I received this set, I loved it! They are beautiful dishes, but not safe for the dishwasher or microwave. They chip easily and get very hot in the microwave. A matter of fact, they get so hot that my husband and children have burnt their fingers. The heat goes right to the plate, but will not heat the food. If you want a set of beautiful dishes that you are going to hand wash and never put in the microwave, this would be the set. Otherwise, I would not buy these dishes.

We love the Sango Splash set. It looks even better in person. The dishes are heavy and durable. They fit into my dishwasher too. We ordered two sets and had one broken bowl when it arrived. I emailed Amazon and within minutes they offered to give me a partial refund or I could ship the set back to have a new set shipped out to me. I chose the refund and in minutes the money was back in my account. I'm SO glad we went with this line and have more listed on our wish list for future purchases!!
