Smarties are milk chocolate discs 8mm across and 3.5mm thick in the middle, coated in a crisp sugary shell and come in many colours.
Canadians tell what colour each Smartie is by taste the only Smarties which actually DO taste any different such as the Orange ones which contain Orange Oil as a flavouring.

Excellent product. I purchased 10 boxes of these for friends who moved here from Canada, and they absolutely loved them because Smarties are made in Canada. The Smarties were all gone in two days!

If you like M&Ms you are in for a huge treat. In fact, an M&M will never taste quite as good once you've had a Smartie. The candy coating is crisp and light and each color has it's own flavor; however, none of the flavors overpower the incredible chocolate.
I first tried these in England and can only ever find them in the States at British stores, where they are always pricey. I've seen this size of box for over $4 so, even with shipping these are a bargain. Worth every penny!
