I actually bought this at a store, instead of at AMAZON. I recommend buying this at a store, because the back of the package has the adapter exposed so that you can plug it into you cell phone, in order to make sure it is the right adapter for your phone.
I wanted this so that, when I travel, I can have a charger that does not require me to try to keep up with an adapter/charger for AC/auto.
