Rating: - Best I've Tried, And I've Tried Many
As I write this, I have in front of me the last of a 4 pr pack purchased from WalMart. I must have smaller than average ear canals, because unlike the other reviewers, I find these to be the most comfortable, highest sound attenuating ear plugs I've ever used -- including a $100 custom made pair that are comfortable but do not attenuate as well. Another reviewer mentioned a preference for another brand also sold at WalMart -- I believe he is referring to the day-glo orange plugs (Silencio?) usually sold in their sporting goods departments. Rating: - Comfortable But Too Small
These don't completely fill my ear canal, so they don't quiet the noise much for me. Comfortable, but ineffective.

Flents brand quiet please earplugs work 10x better than these. The Hearos brand barely blocked out any noise and were uncomfortable as well.
Rating: - Not as good as advertised
I was disappointed--they really don't block out much noise. I went back to using the cheap ones I get at Wal-Mart. They are not as comfortable, but block out a lot more sound! Maybe these are good to block out background noise, but not someone snoring!
Rating: - Good for medium-length uses
I bought these for sleeping in the same room with my snoring roommate. These work wonderfully, but I almost always end up waking up and pulling them out; they make my ears feel all gross after they've been in for a bit. All in all good purchase, though.
