Rating: - Richard Barbieri of Japan Performed the Soundtrack (+ Brian Eno!)
Actually, the soundtrack was performed by a mix of artists, including Brian Eno, June Carter Cash and Daniel Lanois (Sling Blade, Last of the Mohicans, Dune). The main recurring ambient-keyboard theme of the movie ("The Experience of Swimming") was composed by Richard Barbieri of the 80's New Romantic group Japan and performed by Japan. (It can also be found on the 1980 album "Gentlemen Take Polaroids" which was, incidentally, recorded across the hall from Duran Duran's self-titled album).

Rating: - If you liked "Repo Man", this may be for you
What can I say, sad, beautiful, amazing. The soundtrack is by Tito Larriva, from the Plugz, who did the Repo Man soundtrack. Not a happy ending, but uplifting in some paradoxical way. Feels like Twin Peaks on half a bottle of Nyquil. I wish I could buy the soundtrack album. See this, then see Amanda Plummer in "Freejack". The Lord helps them who helps themselves.
