We recently moved and installed an Induction Cooktop in our new Kitchen . . . I cook professionally, so I have used Induction previously, but only had a single hob countertop model . . . using Induction exclusively meant replacing all my older All-Clad and Calphalon with Induction-ready cookware.
Finding this Staub pan on amazon.com at this price was amazing . . . Staub is obviously superior to LaCreuset and Lodge (more consistent, better interior, nicer finish), and would be my first choice at full price, but at this price, it can't be beat. I made the mistake of picking-up a (China-made) ... Read More

I have owned this sauté pan for a couple of weeks now. I love it. The quality is very good. One reviewer said that this pan is much better than Le Creuset brand. I have owned several Le Creuset cookware for years (grill pan, sauce pan, and French oven). I am not sure if that statement is true. Le Creuset cookware has very high quality also. However, Le Creuset doesn't have this shape of sauté pan and the price is much higher. I am glad that I have this pan in such a good deal ($40). I found that Amazon lists this pan as a 10-inch pan. It is incorrect. The size is about 11 and half inches (29 cm). ... Read More

For cleanup, it was surprisingly easy to clean up. I had some worries about the honeycomb bottom being difficult to clean, but even with hashbrowns it ... Read More

This is an incredible purchase for this type of quality. The only negative is that I find the handle to be too long and it is not as easy to store as other skillets. Love that it is enamel and cooks wonderfully.
Rating: - How have I managed all these years without this pan?????
I just recently purchased this pan in the pimento red. OMG, it is beautiful, heavy, highest quality, and best of all it cooks like a dream. This is the first pan I have owned that I can actually get hot enough, without issues, to sear a piece of meat in. I did use a bit of olive oil to season the pan. Fish did stick a bit, but I was using tongs rather than a spatula. What a quality pan, for such a ridiculously low price, $40 for this, incredible deal! I will be back for more pieces from Staub. I thought I wanted the other brand, but now I know I don't. Be warned...it is one heavy pan! In case ... Read More
