Rating: - Premium is the correct word...
for this cocotte. Although the word is misused by advertisers...this is really premium cookware. I have used this several times for various meals. It is the real deal. Made in France, it is hard to see how anything could perform better. Others may like a different brand for their own reasons, but this cocotte is near perfection for a cook's use-especially the variety and consistency of heat one can get to the foods used. I really like using it and clean up is easy, too-it's nearly non-stick from my experience. I hope everyone is as satisfied w/ their dutch oven cookware as I am with this.

In regards to the pot, I own ... Read More
