- Better than a loaf pan!
I always thought terrines were superfluous. After frustrations with rusting, sticking, etc. with a high-grade steel loaf pan, I decided to try this. My pate cooked much faster and more thoroughly. It's worth the money! I'll buy Staub any day over Le Creuset (which always rusts, handles break, etc.)
