Product Description: Stonewall Kitchen was voted "Outstanding Product Line" at the 2002 NASFT Fancy Foods Show in New York. This pancake and waffle mix was developed by Fred S. Carbon in 1937, a recipe that's been shared among Carbon family members ever since. Introduced to the Stonewall Kitchen owners and staff, it soon became an instant hit -- one that they now carry along with their other lines of exceptional, fine-quality foods. The mix, made with wheat, cornmeal and malt, is responsible for pancakes and waffles that are wonderfully light and fluffy (the best you'll ever have, according to one Stonewall Kitchen staff person). Served with Stonewall Kitchen's Maine Maple Syrup or one of their award winning jams, they'll be an instant favorite at your home at both brisk morning breakfasts and cozy evening suppers.
