Product Description: The Super Sonic Mole Chaser has two power settings to offer the most versatile solution available to repel underground rodents. High-tech, solid state cicuitry produces a powerful sonic deterent to drive away moles, gophers, ground squirrels, voles, shrews and more. The coverage range is up to 1/4 acre! That's about a 120 ft. diameter, or 11,250 sq. ft. (Note that soil density or underground obstructions will affect this range: Sandy soil offers the least range and clay soil the most.) This unit is safe, humane and environmentally friendly to all kids, animals and insects. The Supersonic MoleChaser offers two operation modes: "Battery Saver" for battery life of 10-12 months. (The power and range are reduced by about 40%, but may be adequate depending on your situation.) OR, "Supersonic" for when you need the extra power due to heavy infestation or you need the extra range. (The battery life in this setting is about 3-4 months.) Please note that the SuperSonic MoleChaser must be used continuously for 7-14 days before these underground pests start to move out of the area. You may notice increased activity at first. This activity is normal and will soon subside as they find other places to live.

I RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT ON TIME AS PROMISED. I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR ABOUT A MONTH NOW AND I AM HAPPY TO SAY THAT I HAVE HAD NO NEW MOLE HOLES IN THAT TIME. CONSIDERING THAT I WAS SEEING 8 TO 10 NEW MOUNDS EACH MORNING IT'S A NO BRAINER THAT I AM ABSOLUTELY THRILLED. I'VE HAD A HUGE MOLE PROBLEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS. I LOVE THESE THINGS!

Gophers are now happier than ever, and they seem to concentrate their activities right around the "Supersonic Mole and Gopher Chaser". I installed it more than 2 weeks ago, and I think the gophers liked it so much that they called in their friends. Every day new holes appear, sometimes 2 at a time.
Bottom line is, don't waste your money on this.

works pretty much as described, I had a lot of movement the first couple of days then tappered off to nothing. Has been in for a month now ,and the last 2 weeks no movement. So I believe it is working great!!!

I have had two of these in my yard for three months and the mole/vole activity is just as high today (within a few feet of the actual device, no less) as it has been prior to wasting my money.

I really couldnt believe it, but the thing actually worked. My back yard was essentially turned into a big piece of swiss cheese by some mole or vole or whatever. I planted this device using someone elses tip of being certain it was very tightly packed into damp earth. What do you know - no new holes. Now it is 3 months later and you can't tell there was ever a hole in the first place... Added benefit all the aeration from the mole/vole holes has done wonders for my lawn - greener than ever!
