Finally, I can better gauge the amount of salt I want to add to a meal. It gives me a much better feel for how much salt is being added. This box is big enough, yet is out of the way next to my stove. It has a nice design also. Love it!

A really functional, lovely salt box just the right size for the stove top. If you are an avid gourmet chef then perhaps the next larger size is for you. I appreciate the warm wood tone and swival top. It is perfect for the everyday cook!

This beautiful box holds about half a cup of salt. That's ample, since I use it sparingly. It looks great at my table, without taking up an excessive amount of space. It is easy to open & close and I like the fact that is it made of environmentally-friendly bamboo.
