Rating: - retains moisture
I am disappointed by the fact that it holds any moisture (sweat or any dampness) right onto your ipod.

Great product! I would recommend it for anyone who works out.Even if you don't run, lifting weights with this arm band is very comfortable. I really like it.

I bought this because my Nike one kept getting sweat inside of it and my iPod was shorting. This one doesn't solve that, sweat still gets in the plastic and wets the iPod, but it hasn't shorted yet...

Ok, so the quality of the arm band isn't great, but it is well put together. The velcro cord holder is a good feature, but the velcro is already peeling off on mine and I've only had it for three weeks. I'm in Iraq, so I think the heat is causing the adhesive to peel off. Another downfall is that the armband is not big enough. I have it all the way extended, and my arms are only 16" around. The armband won't be of any use to me in a few months if my arms continue to grow. Great for women or little kids, but for a man, I think I'm going to have to find another alternative. Rating: - Great iPod nano armband or carrier
Bought this for use as an armband, but find myself using it as general carrier. Also, I've found can use it to hold the iPod in my hand while running. Simple design and works great. I've tried other armbands that have fancy extension pieces that were awkward, whereas this one is all one piece. Highly recommended.
