I used a different armband for the last year or two but my son confiscated it. I found this one at a great price and thought I would take a chance although it seemed too cheap.
I have been pleasantly surprised. I like the rubbery case. It is similar to one I already own for just carrying the ipod around. It is soft and non-slip and hardy. The band wraps around the arm width and can velcro tight anywhere along the way. (My previous arm band was limited in range).

Finally a lightweight armband that keeps your iPod in place and doesn't bother you when you're working out. Grantwood is on top of their stuff.

PositivesThe armband is very thin, so my arm does not get hot while running. The entire armband is stretchy and soft and has the soft part of the velcro on it, with a little bit of the scratchy part of the velcro right on the tip so it is impossible not to get the right fit. I have petite arms and the arm band is small enough to fit on my upper forearm. I can also get it around the largest part of my calf so I know it will fit larger arms as well. This is an amazing armband. It has a lot of velcro so it won't move around a lot when I run, or do activity. It feels comfterble all throughout my run, and the armband can fit any arm size whether big or small. It also works with nike plus, another great bonus. Im glad I picked this armband.
Rating: - A good deal. Not to bad for parkour either.
For the price, this case is reliable. It doesn't slide around on my arm when I run, jump, climb, or even go upside down. The only time I find myself adjusting the position of my iPod within the case is if I've been pulling on it (I keep in on the backside or my arm). It's not flashy, which I like, nor is it bulky. The only downside is that in the long run I can see it needing replacement - the silicone can't last forever (figuratively speaking) and so if you want to have it for a long, long time, you might want to go with something made out of leather.
