Rating: - I really like this bread bin, but....
This is a great bread bin design. I bake whole wheat bread for our family every day, and I've been storing my bread in this bin for about 4 months now. The bread stays fresh, but the design of the bin allows it to breathe (which is very important in order to avoid a moldy loaf.) I bake in a Zojirushi bread machine (which makes a 2lb loaf,) and my loaf fits perfectly on its side in this bin. I also love just being able to take the wooden cutting board off the top, flip it over, and slice away. It's convenient, functional, and pretty sitting on my counter.
