This breadbox was a wedding gift for my sister as she has a red kitchen. It is much larger than I anticipated and oh so cute and retro-y looking. We put "bread" (money) in the breadbox to make a clever wedding gift and she loves it. The magnetic door is good, but so strong that the magnet sometimes pulls out of its slot. Other than that it is very sturdy construction.

As soon as I laid eyes on this bread bin, I knew that I had to have it. It's very unique, and a great color too. I must admit I was apprehensive about the cost, but it's very well made, so hopefully it will last a long time. It was packaged very well when shipped, and I was so excited to put it in my kitchen! The magnet is strong enough that it does a nice job of keeping the lid closed, but you can easily open it with one hand. It's fairly large, so make sure you have a spot for it...

I love this breadbox! It is perfect for my red/white 50's kitchen and will be for yours too. It is very well made and quite roomy inside. I highly recommend it :)
