We were very excited to receive and use this product for the first time. It worked pretty well and my husband and I really liked it. My kids thought it was high-tech! To make sure that everyone uses it right, I taped a note on top of it that they shouldn't force it open or close. It worked for awhile. However, within a month, I saw two guests helped it close and from then on, we had problems with it. We now have to push the manual button open.
