This is a wonderful storage system. It uses the same pump as for the wine stopper. I'll definitely buy more of the different sizes for things like pretzels and crackers. Living in an area with lots of humidity it really helps keep things fresh.

The Vacu Vin coffee saver refill has been a great addition to our kitchen. We use it to now store a variety of specialty coffees that we may get to only once a week or so, and the beans are now lasting us for months instead of a few weeks. We also have been using it to store some bulk spices. We had been using a powered vacuum unit, but it took up too much counter space. We already had been using the vacu vin system for our wines for years, and glad we finally stumbled onto the canisters.

I have been using it to keep coffee beans as well as the grounds. It woorks
well but you need the pump to create the seal between the lid and canister.

this canister really keeps the air out which means coffee stays fresh! But remember do not keep in the refrigerator or else the seal becomes broken...
I only wish this company would make different sizes and I would buy them all!
