Average Rating:
Rating: - Great Product for the money
The electronic wine library gets each varietal to its perfect serving temperature with ease. If you have 15-20 minutes before you want to drink then this unit works great.
Rating: - Loud, slow, and not terribly effective at what you bought it for
Other than that, what's there to complain about?
The new version of the product has a plastic sleeve that gives a more accurate temperature reading but why care when it takes all day to chill the bottle of white? It is unbelievably noisy when operating and couldn't possibly be used any place you want to have a conversation. The bottom line is that it does what it says it does. It chills or warms room temperature wine to its desirable temperature. What advertisements do not disclose is that it takes at least 15 minutes to bring a wine's temperature from 70F degrees to 64F, and at least 2 minutes per degree to continue lowering it (according to the cooling guide included in the instruction book; your results ...
