Used the Trimmer a couple times now.
As a Trimmer it worked fine, no problems. When I changed it to an edger, the string in the trimmer would not stay feed out. The string kept getting cut down. Its cheap. So, I replaced the string with a commerical grade string that is thicker and now it works OK. If you use a thicker string, you might need to drill a bigger hole in the reel string hole.
The instructions are not that great, but you should be able to figure out how to use it. I could not find anyone who sells this locally, so I purchase from Amazon.

If you like replacing the trimmer line every five feet this trimmer is for you. I contacted customer service about this problem, they told me to contact Amazon. After telling the lady what I thought of there product, I cured my anger by smashing this POS against my garage wall. Best stress release ever

I got it on Friday, just in time for working in the yard over the weekend.
When I first removed it from the box I noted that this thing was really heavy.. and all the weight is at the working head. It makes it hard to hold off the ground, and it eats the strin like crazy... using it as an edger is a waste of time.. I had to stop every 3-4 feet and let out more string.. now I know that edging sidewalks and driveways can be hard on string... but this one is not like any that I have ever used. The handle is not long enough. Even with the guard inplace I was still getting hit with debris. ... Read More
