I am trying to be fair here, for a 12pc set under $40, it's not a bad deal!The shapes and sizes are varied which is convenient and they all have lids!
The quality is a different story, they're not very thick and have a tendency to dent & scratch easily and the base for all of them is not solid, it's encapsulated (and this is mentioned under product information). It works well under low to medium heat on the stove and I have used it for simmering soups, stews and other "wet" dishes.
