Really terrific product. Looks great, works flawlessly to provide water at any of three temps. Ideal for tea. Also, really useful for cleaning. Bonus use is if you have a cold: opening this and breathing in the warm moist air works better than any vaporizer I know. Easy to clean, very safe. Our old one, bought in Japantown, lasted six years until the plastic by the steam outlet flaked off. This time I bought two online just in case they stop making it in the pretty flowers design.
