bought this one to replace the old one which has been used for ~10 yrs without a single problem. The new one is great, esp like the one-touch 6-hr energy saving feature. Hope this one last another 10 years.

I used one simple boiler before and I worried it would cause problem due to plastic material. This one is easy to use and 4 different kinds of temperature setting are suitable for instant noodles to warm tea.

I thought that I was a little silly buying this thing as I have an electric kettle that works fine. However, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this thing. I am on a diet and drink a lot of tea now (instead of sodas, juice, etc.). I like to make large mugs of tea instead of making a whole pot each time. This appliance gives me hot water instantly and keeps it hot all day long. I am glad that I got the four-litre instead of the three liter. I am surprised at how often I end up filling the thing! As a fussy tea maker having reliable hot water at the temperature I want is imperative and the Zojirushi delivers and delivers reliably. I do not leave it on all day but if you steep a pot several times it is nice to have
hot water ready to go as a pot is ready. It is great to fill it up in the evening and have it ready to use all evening
long. Highly recommend!
