Zojirushi NS-JCC18 Neuro Fuzzy 10-Cup Rice Cooker & Warmer This is the best Rice Cooker ever. I have one for myself and my family and also gave one to my cousin. We have always used Zojirushi products for over 20 years. I would recommend this Cooker to anyone looking for a good product that will surely last for many years. In fact my Family still has a Zojirushi Rice Cooker that we purchased in Korea in 1987> It still works like new.

As a professional chef, cooking rice can be a big pain in the butt. I decided to buy one of these to see how well they would work without spending too much money. This cooker is a champ. It has worked flawlessly from day one. I have found that I like my rice a little on the soft side so I usually add a little extra liquid. Try using broth instead of water to cook the rice for a fabulous flavor.
Walk into a Japanese restaurant and you will find this rice cooker in the larger commercial form sitting in almost every restaurant.
