Product was delivered expeditiously. Circulates and heats air efficiently on my 4 season porch that is exposed on 3 sides with windows. Needed additional heat source during colder winter days when the 2 installed forced air ducts couldn't keep up with demand. Highly recommend this heater. Great buy for the desired result.

Rating: - Cozy heater
I bought two vornado heaters, one for a cold upstairs bedroom and one for my basement which I have fixed into a family room. They are kind of small, so I did not think it would be able to keep my basement warm, but I was surprised to see that it worked very well. I keep the one in the basement on all the time on low heat and it and keeps the room pretty cozy. On real cold days I could put on high heat and that's when it really gets kicks in and heats up the basement very well, but I have only had it on high one time. Low heat seems to work good enough so I can conserve energy.

I was looking for a personal size heater made in the USA. It was unbelievably hard to locate one that wasn't made in China. Finally, I found the Vornado online. I bought 2 and guess what? They are GREAT! They are the best little heaters I have ever bought. They are light weight, very quiet and quickly heat up the whole room. It's amazing. Yeah, buy USA!

Rating: - The Worst I Know - Vornado!
This is my second Vornado product. The first was part of a massive recall. I didn't know that until after I bought it. I sent it back. They must have just looked at it, and put it back in the box.Lord, knows that they didn't bother to clean it while they had the case open (wink, wink)! It stopped working all together soon there after. I bought a VH2 in June of '07, because it was not a part of the recall. Even though this is California - it's still cold! And, the thing will not heat!!! It starts out cold, and stays cold. No matter what I have it set on! The greedy company wants $20 (shipping) to fix it for "free"! Yea, right. I'm going to give them even more money! I can get a working heater from another manufacturer for $20 that will at least get me through the rest of the winter! I wrote an email to their support team. No response. Not one word. Why should they respond? They've already got my money! Can you say unprofessional? Good. I thought you could!

I don't know where these people bought these Vornado VH2 heaters that they're raving about. Obviously not at Brownie's Hardware in San Francisco!

Rating: - Vornado lives up to its promise
My Vornado model VH2, made in the USA, is quiet, effective, and sits on the floor with stability. The controls are top mounted and intuitive. The owner's manual states that is is easy to clean with a shop vac thru the vent holes and it appears that will work. It sells for a few dollars more than the cheap imported models that rattle when shaken.
