This is truly the best space heater I've ever owned, and I've tried them all! It is ultra lightweight, stays cool to the touch, and keeps toddlers' fingers out of the heating area. Just program the temperature that you desire, and it meticulously keeps it that way in the room. It shows you the actual room temperature, the programmed temp., and the setting it's on (low/hi, or just the fan.) Worth every cent that it costs. I'd pay double for it, and I'm about to purchase a second one to save on the high gas/heating prices this winter. I have a new baby on the way, so I can keep my thermostat in the house set low, while I keep the baby's room to a warmer/more comfortable setting with the heater. LOVE IT!!!

Rating: - Exceeded my expectations
This heater is very light-weight and easy to use. It rapidly heated my bathroom from 64 degrees to 74 degrees and maintained that temperature until I was ready to turn it off. This product couldn't be better!

This heater works great. We use it in the morning when we come downstairs and want to take the chill out of the house. It does circulate the air, and we probably are using it for a larger area than it calls for, but it still works well. Works quietly, and the digital readout on the top is convenient because it alternates between room temp and the set temp so you can quickly tell if it is doing the job.

Rating: - Vornado Space Heater
This Vornado space heater is the best purchase I've ever made from Amazon. Our apartment is equipped with an ancient gas wall heater that shot a big ball of flame out the bottom the first (and only) time we tried to use it, so this heater made our unseasonably cold winter in California bearable. It quickly heats up a fairly large area, is very portable, and the digital temperature settings make it easy to set and adjust the comfort level. The unit itself stays cool to the touch so it's safe to use on a carpeted area, and it's virtually silent. I wish I'd bought it sooner!

Rating: - Should throw more heat
I am a bit disappointed in this heater. They designed it to throw 120 degree heat and it lacks the power to heat a room adequately. At half the price, the Holmes heater which has a digital thermostat on it does a much better job of heating and feels much warmer. The controls are also much easier to operate.
