Rating: - The best electric heater, but lasts less than a year
Extremely pricey for what it is, although it works well. BUT, after less than 4 months of use, it blows warm for 3-4 minutes, then the heater element switches off and it blows cold air. This is just poor workmanship.

It was used to boost the heat a little in a small bathroom, and only for about 15 minutes in the morning. I purchased it last February.

If you like to gamble and are made of money, buy it! You'll love it, as many other reviewers have, and you may get lucky. But for my hard earned money, I'll get something a little more solid such as a milkhouse heater next time.

Rating: - Great Heater
I bought 2 of these Vornado heaters last year, 1 for me and the other as a gift for my brother. We both love them. The heat it puts out is like the heat you recieve from a vent from central heating, it blows a stream of warm air. Not like the heat from the cheap space heaters which is hot but doesn't circulate well into the room. It is very quiet, none of that buzzing you hear from other heaters I've tried. I run it at 72 degrees in a 12 X 12 room and it definitely takes the chill out and creates a nice comfort zone. If you are looking for extreme heat source this is not the unit you want. I still have to run those nasty noisy electric heaters when I'm worried about pipes freezing. It does a fantastic job being used in room that is not ice cold but has a chill to it. I also use the fan only mode though the summer at my desk.

Rating: - Impressed . . .
I was pleasantly surprised by the ability of this little unit to quickly heat a whole room (12' x 15'). It is quiet and efficient and beats any little space heater with glowing red, toaster-like coils. These do not glow and are safely buried in the unit so there is no danger of little ones getting hurt or accidentally setting something on fire. Highly recommended.

Rating: - best heater yet
I have lived in a 30 foot travel trailer for 10 years. I tell everyone I am a full time RVer. My RV just doesn't go any where. (It could, but it doesn't) Every year I buy a new heater looking for just the right one. I HAVE FOUND THE RIGHT ONE - FINALLY!!!!!!!!! This one is quiet and the thermostat is wonderful and it really heats and circulates the air so the trailer stays dry and mold free. That is important here in the Pacific Northwest so close to the ocean.

Rating: - Excellent heater
Simply put this heater is quiet, does what it's supposed to do and even has a simple fan mode for when you just want air moving. Better than many I have seen, bought or used.
