Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great Product but....
This is great product and well worth the price. BUT, you must remove any wax from bottle before opening! Wax is like Krytonite to this super product. Wax can get in the opener and make it not work anymore!Just pop the wax cap off with a butter knife and then all is well.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - The BEST wine opener ever
I've used my Oster electric wine opener for about 2 years now and I love it more with every bottle I open. I have given a dozen of these as gifts and everyone raves about how they love showing off the opener to guests. So, if you want a conversation piece or an easy and quick way to pop the wine open or if you have problems gripping the bottle and opener like my aging father did, then this is the answer for you. I can open 35+ bottles on a single charge. It's just great.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - For once, a high-tech wine opener that really works!
I got one of these as a Christmas gift and have been amazed at how well and how easily it works -- especially for someone with arthritic hands. It pulls the cork for you, then unscrews it and drops it on the counter. I've been so impressed with the Oster 4207 that I've been ordering them as gifts for my friends. This is the 4th one I've bought. Oster claims the new model is even better, but I can't imagine what they've improved upon.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - LOVE IT
This is just a great product, I love it, it is easy to use, and displays nicely as well.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Amazing, efficient, wonderful wine opener
Almost a year ago, a Realtor friend of mine, Mike Washburn, held an open house. This was one of the door prizes. My background is in engineering, so I'm skeptical and not easily impressed. This struck me as an infomercial gimic and I wasn't the least interested in trying it! We open at least two or three bottles of wine a week and have some nice hand-operated corkscrews. (Some of the corkscrews may have cost more than this!) Well, Mike left this fine door prize on my desk. So, being a good friend, I took it home and plugged it in. Much to our surprise, we *love* it! We've used nothing else ever since we tried it. We even throw it in the picnic basket because it's so easy to use! (Thanks, Mike!) To use it, just hold it against the wine bottle and press the down arrow. The corkscrew spirals down into the cork. Keep holding it and the cork will get drawn up into the opener. To retrieve the cork, just press the up arrow. We've opened well over 50 bottles so far and still going strong. (We make our own wine, so we do open a lot!) It has always pulled out the cork, first time, every time. Even old corks that you might expect to have to baby out, come right out. Additionally, this takes less than half the time of a manual corkscrew and makes the owner look like an expert! ;^) (Thanks, Mike!)--Larry
